More specifically , the owner Dan DeLorenzo and his crew, guarantees our HOA community receives quality lawn cutting, tree and shrub trimming, mulching, and weed containment in the spring and summer and road/driveway plowing in the winter to include salting of roads/driveways. Above all, Dan provides a quick response time whenever a special request needs attention by the HOA Board and/or Property Management company and always displays professional courtesy when handling resident complaints.
